We learn who does the work, what they use, and where they lose time or run into trouble.
We make one change and test it in day-to-day work before adding more.
We document what we changed. You can take it from there, ask us to maintain it, or keep working with us.
For years, we worked together on problems in Sandy’s businesses. Sandy knew how the work got done and where it caused trouble. Umer found or built practical technical fixes.
Agentic AI lets us research, test ideas, build, and check work faster. We give each helper a specific job and review its work.
The Farooqs grew from years of working together on Sandy’s businesses.
Umer has worked in technology for 20 years, first in IT and later as a software engineer and solutions architect. Today, he works full time as a software engineer and uses frontier AI systems every day. He traces how systems work, builds missing tools, and avoids needless complexity.
Sandy has spent 20 years starting and running small businesses, sometimes more than one at once. In a business she ran alone, she handled sourcing, marketing, website design, order processing, and shipping. In another, she hired and trained employees, ran payroll, made schedules, and kept the business operating during COVID.
Today, Sandy operates a real estate investment and fix-and-flip company. She manages its staging, interior design, construction, and contractors.
We now help other owners fix work that wastes time, causes mistakes, or keeps them from the part of the business they value most.
